Objective

It is my strong belief that the success of any endeavor lies heavily in one's ability to communicate and work effectively not only with legal counsel and administration, but with its front-line managers, directors, and information services teams; ensuring flawless processes that move a facility closer to efficiency with each update. At no point must communication become stagnant or a process permanent, as evolution and innovation spell success.
I thoroughly enjoy working with others to understand current processes, reasons, and ripple effects. Only in knowing a current process can one compare it against regulation, create preventative measures, implement, or establish team-based goals.

Equally important is the utilization of software automation of most processes such as auditing, checklists, and the sending of timely mailings. This along with structured and uniform templates that correctly reflect a facilities’ bylaws, rules & regulations, and policies can prevent possibility of litigation.
I am thankful for the experience and knowledge I have gained in both managed care and hospital credentialing, and I am passionate about these processes. I continue to research, make suggestions, and give my full dedication in whatever capacity I am enabled. Though I have independently overseen the credentialing process, I also enjoy being part of a team which supports innovation, growth, and the ability to make a difference.
